Remembering the Old Days

What was it like, living in those earlier years? During the late 30's and early 40's, there was a world war raging all around the world. It affected the lives of everyone in the world, but it also created an atmosphere of "we're all in this together".

It was also a simpler, slower life. There was no TV, internet, computers, expressways. No ipad, walkman, cell phone.

This book is a collection of the sayings, comments, jokes, and short stories (some very moving) from personal experiences from the 1940’s and 50’s.through the 1990's.
